Shipping & Return
Shipping
France:
- DHL Express: 24-hour delivery
- Colissimo: Delivery of parcels without direct signature, 2 to 5 business days
- Mondial Relay: 2 to 5 business days
Europe:
- DHL Express: 2 to 5 business days
- Economy: 1 to 3 weeks (delivered with your local postal service)
International:
- DHL Express: 2 to 5 business days
- Economy: 1 to 3 weeks (delivered with your local postal service)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and local postal service efficiency.
Shipping to the United States
Due to recent U.S. customs regulations, all orders shipped to the United States are now subject to customs duties and local taxes, regardless of the order amount.
- The shipping fee displayed at checkout only covers transportation from France.
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to U.S. customs or the carrier upon delivery.
- If the customer refuses to pay these fees, the parcel may be held, returned, or destroyed. In such cases, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We strongly recommend that customers in the United States check with U.S. customs authorities to estimate applicable fees before placing an order.
Order preparation time
Your purchase will be shipped within 12 to 48 hours.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your "spam" or "junk" folder. The email contains the details of your order and the information you provided. If you notice any errors regarding the ordered items or your personal information, please notify us immediately via email.
Providing timely and accurate information will help us deliver your order efficiently.
How to track my order?
To track your order, all parcels are assigned a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you, enabling you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
- For France: If you selected Colissimo for shipments within France, you can track your parcel using the tracking number on laposte.fr .
- For International: If you chose the economy shipping method, you can enter your tracking number on the website of your country's postal service to track your parcel's journey.
Failed Delivery : Returned to Sender or Invalid Addresses
All orders are shipped under the condition that the following information is provided accurately:
- Recipient's Name
- Street Address
- House/Apartment Number
- City
- Postal Code
- Phone Number
Each detail is important and required for a smooth and successful delivery with all shipping carriers. In the event of a return to the sender, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate address information to avoid any delays or complications in the delivery process.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible
- Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Issues
Check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Customers – Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days without giving a reason. The same eligibility conditions apply.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may need extra time to process the refund.

Return costs and refused parcels
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees on arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authorities.
If the customer refuses to pay these import duties/taxes and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs from any refund. The original outbound shipping fee will not be refunded.
Only in cases where the goods are defective or we have made an error in the order will we bear the cost of return.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are aware of possible customs duties and accept that any refusal to pay them may result in deductions from your refund for return shipping.
