Shipping & Return
Shipping
France:
- DHL Express: 24-hour delivery
- Colissimo: Delivery of parcels without direct signature, 2 to 5 business days
- Mondial Relay: 2 to 5 business days
Europe:
- DHL Express: 2 to 5 business days
- Economy: 1 to 3 weeks (delivered with your local postal service)
International:
- DHL Express: 2 to 5 business days
- Economy: 1 to 3 weeks (delivered with your local postal service)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and local postal service efficiency.
Order preparation time
Your purchase will be shipped within 12 to 48 hours.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your "spam" or "junk" folder. The email contains the details of your order and the information you provided. If you notice any errors regarding the ordered items or your personal information, please notify us immediately via email.
Providing timely and accurate information will help us deliver your order efficiently.
How to track my order?
To track your order, all parcels are assigned a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you, enabling you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
- For France: If you selected Colissimo for shipments within France, you can track your parcel using the tracking number on laposte.fr .
- For International: If you chose the economy shipping method, you can enter your tracking number on the website of your country's postal service to track your parcel's journey.
Failed Delivery : Returned to Sender or Invalid Addresses
All orders are shipped under the condition that the following information is provided accurately:
- Recipient's Name
- Street Address
- House/Apartment Number
- City
- Postal Code
- Phone Number
Each detail is important and required for a smooth and successful delivery with all shipping carriers. In the event of a return to the sender, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate address information to avoid any delays or complications in the delivery process.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
