You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging. Contact us at contact@newrebels.fr before returning an item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Orders are shipped from France. Depending on your destination, customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. If these charges are refused and the parcel is returned, the original shipping fee will not be refunded, and return costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
